Understanding the difference between coaching and and other forms of professional support is vital prior to formulating a written agreement to define your requirements and the specific parameters on any project we undertake including logistics, scheduling the length of a contract and reviewing progress.  We undertake all necessary pre-work and assessment in order to ensure that

you and any stakeholders are clear about coaching relationships, processes, plans and goals.  It is essential that we work with you to create an effective match of skills and coaching method to meet your needs. 


In formulating working agreements we create a a safe and supportive environment and foster mutual trust and confidentiality so that we can focus and facilitate the coaching relationship.  This can be through different tools and strategies such as active listening, observation and feedback on non-verbal communication whilst maintaining a flexible approach but grounded in precise questioning to focus on developing your awareness, insight  learning and growth to transform the process into action and agreed goals.
