LIFE & CAREER

What is self-awareness and are you aware of who you are?

How much do you understand about how you come across?

What impact do you and your behaviour have on other people? What are you saying without words?

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”

Reflection, listening and realisation.

Reflective listening is a coaching technique where the coach listens carefully to what the client is saying, and then reflects back what they heard in their own words. This helps the client feel understood and can lead to greater self-awareness and insight.

Realisation, in coaching, refers to when the client has a moment of insight, clarity or understanding that helps them move forward in achieving their goals. Reflective listening can often lead to these moments of realisation.
