 Talent development succession planning

We work with clients in devising bespoke graduate or management training programmes providing an external objective assessment for individuals and teams.    

Across organisations the identification of talent requires exploration and challenge of perceptions at all levels which detract from the identification, development, engagement, retention and deployment of individuals who can add value to the organisation.  

Areas covered include working/management styles, identification and challenge where misconceptions inhibit the .  Developing specific leadership styles for staff and stakeholders.

We assist in building effective teams and delivering results in alignment with strategy, organisational decisions taken at all levels and developing staff through the use of highly challenging, supportive and on occasion difficult conversations.  

Team Training 

  We develop bespoke training packages only in conjunction leadership teams following  consultation where it is agreed that an external voice can assist in developing identified areas.

Coaching, mentoring and performance management

Organisational alignment and increased performance comes through developing high quality performance management that is lasting and meaningful culture and core to the key performance indicators of a business.  

Our tailored packages are designed to realign performance management and include training on coaching/mentoring practice theory and practical workshops for leaders, managers and staff. 

In developing management coaching and workforce mentoring programmes we provide and tailor coaching and mentoring policies linked to performance management, ethical practice and in conjunction with recognised Code of Ethics to create sustained and agreed models of work across the workforce.

Lead Performance Coach for Best Practice Network

I am delighted with the progress being made by my recent participants on the NPQH course. 

My two cohorts on this programme are in the first six months of the course and I am delighted that three of them have already secured headship positions since starting the course.
